Federal Investments Drive Revitalization in Superior, AZ

Superior, AZ, is experiencing a revitalization driven by federal funding from the American Rescue Plan and the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. Mayor Mila Besich highlighted that these investments are funding essential community projects, such as a new multigenerational center, workforce training programs and much-needed upgrades to the Town’s wastewater plant and food bank.

Along with these improvements, Besich noted that the Resolution Copper project stands as a major catalyst for economic growth, with the potential to create jobs and fuel industries like clean energy and semiconductor manufacturing.
