Arlynn Godinez currently serves as the Director of the Superior Enterprise Center located in Superior, AZ. In this capacity, she dedicates herself to supporting entrepreneurs, small businesses and fostering workforce development initiatives. Over the past two years, she has diligently collaborated with partners to transform the Enterprise Center into a thriving resource hub for small business owners and entrepreneurs, offering essential education and mentorship opportunities.

In addition, through her leadership of the Superior Enterprise Center, Arlynn has developed strategic partnerships with Resolution Copper and Central Arizona College to develop and launch the first accredited welding training course in the community. Arlynn also has spearheaded other education and training programs as well, including a unique aviation-driven math training program for high school students.

Prior to her role at the Superior Enterprise Center, Arlynn accumulated a rich background in education spanning 35 years. She has served in diverse capacities including classroom teaching, administrative roles and as an Education Specialist facilitating professional development for teachers statewide. Additionally, Arlynn contributed her expertise as a Program Manager at SEED SPOT, a global incubator and accelerator dedicated to fostering social impact entrepreneurs.

Arlynn earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University and a Master of Arts in Multicultural/Bilingual Education from Northern Arizona University.

When Arlynn isn’t working, she can be found on one of the various trails around Superior or spending time with her two grandsons.
