Over the study period of 2019-2023, Phoenix posted 42% GDP growth, median earnings increase of 12% and topped the infrastructure category based on a 26% increase in total roadway miles. Further, Phoenix represents long-term economic resilience due to its strong performance across housing, trade and employment.
