The Diplomacy Across the Decades: Global Ties Arizona’s 60th Anniversary Gala was held on Friday, October 9, 2026, at Adobe at the Biltmore in Phoenix. The milestone event celebrated six decades of building international connections, fostering cross-cultural understanding and strengthening Arizona’s global relationships.
The Gala recognized Global Ties Arizona’s longstanding commitment to citizen diplomacy in partnership with the U.S. Department of State, bringing together leaders, community partners and international guests to build bridges between cultures and create opportunities for meaningful collaboration.
As the organization looks to the future, the 60th anniversary offered an opportunity to reflect on the impact of global engagement and the importance of diplomacy in an increasingly interconnected world. By cultivating relationships across borders and encouraging the exchange of ideas, Global Ties Arizona continues to help connect Arizona communities, including the Town of Superior, with the world, advancing mutual understanding, international partnerships and opportunities for future generations.
