
Todd Pryor, City Manager, Town of Superior, AZ
Todd Pryor serves as Town Manager in the capacity of the Chief Administrative Officer and head of the administrative branch of the Town Government. In this capacity, he is responsible for executing all policies promulgated by the Superior Town Council in accordance to all federal, state and local laws, as well as developing and driving the implementation of the Town’s programs.
As Town Manager, Mr. Pryor ensures compliance with and enforcement of ordinances, directs human resource affairs of all personnel and department heads, prepares and administers the annual budget, regularly reports the matters and needs of the Town to the Mayor and Town Council and supervises purchasing across all departments. The Town Manager is engaged in issues discussed by the Town Council, and sets the Council’s agenda in conjunction with the Mayor.
