Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (PMGA) is leading the way in regional transportation with major growth and development. A new $28 million terminal expansion, covering 30,000 square feet and featuring five gates, replaces the outdated facility, improving both operational efficiency and the passenger experience.
Beyond these infrastructure upgrades, Gulfstream Aerospace is building a 225,000-square-foot service center, while Virgin Galactic is close to finishing an assembly facility for next-generation spacecraft. These projects underscore PMGA’s growing importance as a hub for transportation, innovation, and aerospace development in the region.
