ASU Recognized as Most Innovative University in the World for 11 Years

November 15, 2025

U.S. News & World Report has named Arizona State University (ASU) the world’s most innovative university for eleven consecutive years, excelling in research, sustainability, entrepreneurship and interdisciplinary studies. The innovation ranking is determined by a survey of college leaders, who identify the institutions they believe are leading in innovations related to curriculum, faculty, student experience, campus life, technology or facilities.

In addition to the innovation ranking, ASU also placed in the top 20 in several other categories, including undergraduate teaching programs, management information systems, entrepreneurship, software engineering, finance, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, international business, civil engineering, undergraduate business programs, computer science and marketing, among others.

Superior businesses benefit from direct and convenient access to the talent pool enrolled in ASU’s exceptional educational programs and career pathways via the main campus in Tempe and the Polytechnic campus in Mesa. These educational opportunities also are beneficial to employees seeking quality continuing education to advance their careers.
